Disclosures
How we are registered, how we are paid, and the conflicts we manage. The fine print, in plain English.

Who We Are
Attend Wealth Inc. ("Attend," "we," "us") is an investment adviser registered with the state of Georgia. Our firm CRD number is 335194. Registration as an investment adviser does not imply a certain level of skill or training. You can review our registration, our advisers, and our full regulatory filings at any time through the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website at adviserinfo.sec.gov.
Our Fiduciary Standard
When we provide investment advisory services, we act as a fiduciary under applicable investment adviser law. That means we are required to act in your best interest, to disclose material conflicts of interest, and to place your interests ahead of our own in our advisory work. This fiduciary standard applies to our advisory services.
How We Are Paid, and the Conflicts That Creates
Attend is a fee-based firm. Most of what you pay us is a transparent advisory fee. Separately, when clients choose to implement insurance recommendations, insurance products may pay commissions. We tell you what those commissions are before anything is placed, and you are never obligated to implement insurance through us.
In plain terms: receiving commissions on insurance products creates a financial incentive to recommend them. We manage that conflict by disclosing it up front, by putting our advisory work under a fiduciary standard, and by separating advice from implementation so you can take our recommendations anywhere.
Anthony Colunga is also a registered representative of Park Avenue Securities LLC and a licensed insurance agent. Compensation received in those capacities is separate from Attend's advisory fees and is disclosed to you. Details are in his Form ADV Part 2B brochure supplement, linked below.
Advisory Fees
- Asset management fees are tiered and range from 1.50% per year on smaller portfolios down to 0.65% per year at the highest tier. Your exact schedule is stated in your advisory agreement.
- Standalone financial planning engagements range from $1,500 to $10,000 depending on scope and complexity, quoted before work begins.
- We do not impose account minimums.
- You may terminate your agreement at any time. If you terminate within five business days of signing, any prepaid fees are refunded in full.
Advisory fees are described in full in our Form ADV Part 2A. Custodians, fund managers, and insurance carriers charge their own fees and expenses, which are separate from ours.
Custody of Your Assets
Attend does not take physical custody of client assets. Advisory accounts are held at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., a qualified custodian, in your name. You receive statements directly from the custodian and should compare them with any reports you receive from us.

A review reflects one person's experience and is not a guarantee of your experience or of future results.
