Wealth Management for Midtown, from Midtown

Attend Wealth Inc. is an independent, fee-based registered investment adviser with its office in Midtown Atlanta at 999 Peachtree St NE, Suite 418. Founder Tony Colunga has more than 20 years of experience and works with Midtown residents in person and by video. Advisory services are held to a fiduciary standard, there is no account minimum, and the first meeting is a complimentary 30-minute consult. Client accounts are held at Charles Schwab. Every plan reviews six areas: cash flow, taxes, retirement, investments, insurance, and estate. If you live or work in Midtown, the office is a few blocks from most of it.

Getting to Our Office in Midtown

The office is at 999 Peachtree St NE, at the corner of Peachtree and 10th. If you are already in Midtown, you can probably walk. The Midtown MARTA station on the Red and Gold lines is at Peachtree and 10th, so a ride from Downtown, Buckhead, or the airport ends a short walk from the door.

If you are driving in, Peachtree Street, West Peachtree Street, and Spring Street all run through the district, and the 10th Street and 14th Street exits from the Downtown Connector are the closest interstate access. Paid parking decks are common in the blocks around the office. Ask us about the nearest option when you book.

If it is easier, we meet by video. Many Midtown clients do the first meeting in person and then handle reviews from home or from their office.

What Midtown Clients Usually Bring Us

Midtown is dense with early-career professionals, corporate offices, and people who moved here for a job and stayed.

Early equity from a first tech or fintech job

Restricted stock units and options start vesting and suddenly a large share of your net worth sits in one company. We help you decide how much to keep, when to sell, and how the taxes land in Georgia.

A first condo or a move to a house

Buying in Midtown, or moving out toward the neighborhoods, raises questions about down payments, rate choices, and whether to keep the condo as a rental. We run the cash flow and tax numbers before you commit.

Two good incomes and no plan yet

Dual-income households in Midtown often earn well but have not sorted out benefits, 401(k) choices, or how to save beyond the match. We put the accounts in order and build a simple plan you can follow.

Who it fits

For People Getting Serious About Money for the First Time

Most Midtown clients are young professionals or young families who want a plan before their finances get complicated. We also work with business owners who run firms from Midtown offices and with high-net-worth households who want a second opinion on an existing portfolio. There is no account minimum, so you do not have to wait for a certain balance before you start. We explain how we charge, in plain terms, in the first meeting.

  • Where your money goes each month and what is left to save
  • How your 401(k), IRA, and any stock compensation fit together
  • Which of the six planning areas needs attention first
  • Whether we are a good fit and what working together would cost

Common Questions from Midtown Clients

Where exactly is your office in Midtown?

We are at 999 Peachtree St NE, Suite 418, Atlanta, GA 30309, at Peachtree and 10th. The Midtown MARTA station is a short walk away. If you would rather not come in, we hold the same meeting by video and share screens so you see everything we are looking at.

Do I need a certain amount of money to work with you?

No. Attend has no account minimum. Many Midtown clients come to us early in their careers with a 401(k), some company stock, and questions about what to do next. We would rather help you set things up well now than wait until there is a large balance to manage.

How does Attend get paid?

Attend is a fee-based registered investment adviser. Advisory fees are the main way we are paid, and we explain them in writing before you sign anything. If an insurance product is appropriate, an advisor may earn a commission on it, and that is disclosed before anything is placed.

Are you a fiduciary?

Advisory services are held to a fiduciary standard, which means the advice we give in an advisory relationship is required to be in your interest. We put recommendations in writing so you can see the reasoning, and we tell you about any compensation that might be involved before you act on it.

What does the first meeting cost?

Nothing. The first meeting is a complimentary 30-minute consult, in person at our Midtown office or by video. We talk through your situation, cover the six planning areas at a high level, and tell you honestly whether we think we can help. There is no obligation afterward.

Can you help with stock compensation from a Midtown employer?

Yes. Many Midtown employers pay part of compensation in restricted stock, options, or purchase plans. We look at vesting schedules, how concentrated you are in one company, and the tax timing of sales, then fit that into your overall plan for cash flow, retirement, and investments.
